How long does shipping take?

Please allow 10-20 business days for processing and shipping. In order to offer free shipping, delivery times may vary. 

How do refunds work?

We want to make sure you are happy with your The Decal Emporium purchase.

Damaged Goods : Full refunds are offered on a case by case basis for items that are shipped damaged. Please email us at admin@thedecalemporium.com with a photo of your damaged item. 

If you are unsatisfied for any other reason with your purchase, please email us at admin@thedecalemporium.com and we will be happy to accommodate you. 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately order cancellation is unavailable at this time.
